Wynfield Forest

Hello!

Welcome to the Wynfield Forest HOA web site

Being a registered member of this site and "opting in" to the mailing list will assure you get news in your email inbox from the many HOA committees. If you "opt out" you will not get these notices.

If you are a new WF resident please request registration by clicking on the button at the bottom left of this page.
Please know that registration is a manual, volunteer activity that requires residence verification.
Expect the process to take several days.

Covenant, Conditions and Restriction (CCR's) Enforcement

Please report potential CCR non-compliance to Hawthorne Management.
Be as specific as possible, including dates, times, and the details of the situation with photos if possible.
Hawthorne staff will verify the applicable section of the CCR's and advise the homeowner of the condition.
Actions may include involvement of your volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with State Law.
See the link to Hawthorne Management in the left hand column of this home page.

If you ever receive a CCR violation letter, please note that it is not directed at a person but at a condition that needs attention.
To learn what to do next, see the section "CCR Violation Process" under HOA in the left hand column of this home page.

WI-FI Access

To learn the private WI-FI network passwords go to the link WI-FI Access under "Members" on the left

..............Wynfield Forest Amenities Use Guidelines........

Please note that all WF amenities (park, courts, play area etc) are available for use by Wynfield Forest residents and their guests ONLY.... these areas are private property. A request for proof of residency by the Huntersville Police may occur. Non-Residents will be required to leave the property. WF Residents can help with this use rule by asking non-residents to leave or by calling 911.

An access key or "FOB" is required for entry to the pool and tennis courts. To request one, navigate to "Request Manager" on the left of this page - then to "request a FOB". This is a volunteer, not automated activity, so expect the process to take several days.

............. Your input as a home owner is important to the HOA Board...........

As always, if you have respectful questions or courteous comments, please contact any of the Board... The Board always seeks input from the community. You can use the "Suggestion Box" or contact a Board member directly......

Regards
The Wynfield Forest Board of Directors.......
