Hello! Being a registered member of this site will assure you get news in your email inbox from the many HOA committees. If you haven't taken advantage of this or are a new resident please request registration by clicking on the button at the bottom left of this page.
This is a manual, volunteer activity that requires residence verification. Expect the process to take several days. 

The Association Communication Tool 
The Association uses this website plus an email distribution system for dissemination of Association information and receipt of comments.
The Association does not monitor Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other internet based platforms.
The Association publishes a quarterly (paper) newsletter sent directly to Members. You can also view the current and previous newsletters by going to "Newsletters, etc. etc" link in the left hand column.

When you have respectful questions or courteous comments, please contact any Board member... The Board always seeks input from the community.

The Wynfield Forest Board of Directors.......

Wynfield Forest recreation areas are open for use by Wynfield Forest homeowners when adhering to the most recent Government Mandates.
The clubhouse is not available for rentals at this time.

The Pool is closed for the season. See you in 2021

..........Amenity Access Key FOB's are required for the Pool and Tennis Courts ........

Website Members can request one by navigating to "Key FOB Request" under Members on this page, fill in the blanks, click "Submit". 
A volunteer will contact you to arrange for pick up of the Key FOB.
NEW HERE? If you are new to the community and have a FOB from the previous owner, use the "Key FOB request" form to request reactivation in your name. 
Wynfield Creek Amenities (Pool) Members - A non resident amenities fee is required for Wynfield Creek residents wishing to use WF amenities.
After registering to this website, go to the Pool Committee Page to learn the fee and then follow the instructions to request a FOB

Exterior Modifications Process 
All exterior modifications such as the construction of storage units, playhouses, play-sets, zip lines and all tree removals must be approved by the Modifications Committee prior to implementation.

Our community is divided into "Villages", each has a "Communications Representative" who will direct residents to the appropriate committee for information.

Covenant, Conditions and Restriction (CCR's) Enforcement
Please report potential CCR non-compliance directly to Hawthorne Management. 
Be as specific as possible, including dates, times, and the details of the situation with photos if possible. Hawthorne staff will verify the applicable section of the CCR's and the Community-Wide Standards then advise the homeowner of the condition. Actions may include involvement of your volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with State Law. See the link to Hawthorne Management in the left hand column of this home page.
If you ever receive a CCR violation letter, please note that it is not directed at a person but at a condition that needs attention.

..............Wynfield Forest Amenities Use Guidelines........
HOA owned common area amenities (park, courts, play area etc) are available for the exclusive use of Wynfield Forest residents.

2020 Annual Homeowners (in person) meeting is postponed 
The board will announce a new date as soon as possible. The current board members will continue to serve - if they wish - until the official meeting is held.
In its stead the board and chairpersons have created a slide presentation to show the 2020 / current status of the Association including the financial data.
To view it click on "Newsletters, Meeting Minutes and Other Documents" in the left hand column, from there pick Annual Meeting Presentations, then select 2020. As always call any board member with questions or use the "Requests & Suggestions" link.
