Welcome to the Wynfield Forest HOA web site
Hello! Being a registered member of this site and "opting in" to the mailing list will assure you get news in your email inbox from the many HOA committees. If you "opt out" you will not get these notices. If you are a new WF resident please request registration by clicking on the button at the bottom left of this page.
Please know that registration is a manual, volunteer activity that requires residence verification. Expect the process to take several days.
Our communication tool - this site
The Association uses this website plus an email distribution system for dissemination of Association information and receipt of comments.
The Association does not monitor Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other internet based platforms.
While those are helpful, there are just too many options, thus the selection of this singular platform.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Emergency Management Office has announced a Stay-at-Home order for County residents.
The Stay at Home order went into effect on Thursday, March 26 at 8:00 a.m. and will remain in effect until April 16, 2020.
For more information on the Stay-at-Home order including frequently asked questions, and a complete list of essential services, visit
In accordance with this order the Clubhouse is closed.

Our community is divided into "Villages". Each village has an HOA representative who will direct residents to the appropriate committee for information.
A Map of the Villages is here: Village Map
For a list of Village Representatives navigate to Committees then to Communications.

Covenant, Conditions and Restriction (CCR's) Enforcement
Please report potential CCR non-compliance to Hawthorne Management. Be as specific as possible, including dates, times, and the details of the situation with photos if possible. Hawthorne staff will verify the applicable section of the CCR's and the Community-Wide Standards then advise the homeowner of the condition. Actions may include involvement of your volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with State Law. See the link to Hawthorne Management in the left hand column of this home page.
If you ever receive a CCR violation letter, please note that it is not directed at a person but at a condition that needs attention.
To learn what to do next, see the section "CCR Violation Process" under HOA in the left hand column of this home page.
