Pool Party Rental
Wynfield Forest homeowners are entitled to have parties at the pool.

Important Reminder
Do not discard your pool pass! Bar coded pool passes are issued only once for admission to the Wynfield Forest pool. There will be a charge for reissuing passes, so store your family's passes in a safe place so you can locate them in the future. |
The pool is one of our most valuable assets and helps make Wynfield Forest a desirable community. The responsibilities of this committee include issuing swim passes, maintaining the contract with the pool management company, reporting problems, and handling capital improvements of the pool. Maintaining the pool is approximately 25% of Wynfield Forest's yearly operating budget.

Amenities Passes
An Amenities Pass is required before Wynfield Forest residents are allowed to enter the pool area. All Wynfield Forest Homeowners receive their initial Amenities Passes free of charge after they complete the Amenities Pass Request Form and return it to the address at the bottom of the form. The information will be put on a rolodex card at the pool for the Pool Manager and Lifeguards in case of an emergency. The process to create a new Amenities Pass usually takes 3-5 days. If an Amenities Pass is lost, there is a $5.00 replacement fee.
