Wynfield Forest is divided into seven "Villages," with volunteers (known as "Village Representatives") serving to welcome new neighbors and distribute the newsletters, phone directories, pool passes, etc.
For those of you considering becoming a Village Rep, a list of the Village Reps' responsibilities is located further down the page.

Village Representative Responsibilities
General Information
- Village Representatives “report to” the Communications Committee chairperson
- Village Representatives are requested to serve a 2-year term.
General Responsibilities
- Distribute the phone directories each year
- Distribute the newsletters and flyers generated by the community committees
- Answer questions from village residents, or direct them to the Committee Chairperson who can answer those questions.
Specific Responsibilities Relating to New Neighbors
- Greet new neighbors and provide them with a bag, which containing a Wynfield Forest phone directory, the New Neighbor Information form and other relevant information.
- Collect the New Neighbor Information form and return it to the Communications Committee Chair, ideally in time for the next newsletter
- Encourage new neighbors to volunteer for one or more committee
