Welcome to the Wynfield Forest HOA Website
Hello! Being a registered member of this site will assure that you receive email updates from the many HOA committees. If you haven't taken advantage of this or are a new resident, please register here. The resident verification process is handled by volunteers so it may take several days. Please be patient and thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Wynfield Forest Amenities Use Guidelines
HOA-owned common area amenities (park, courts, play area, etc.) are available for the exclusive use of Wynfield Forest residents.
Wynfield Forest Villages
Wynfield Forest is divided into 7 "Villages"; each has a Communications Representative who can direct residents to the appropriate committee for information. A Villages map is here. A Villages Rep list is here.
How the HOA Communicates with You
The Homeowner's Association uses this website plus an email distribution system for dissemination of HOA information and receipt of comments. The HOA does not monitor Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other internet-based platforms. Effective June 1, 2023, the HOA will publish a semi-annual (paper) newsletter delivered directly to Members. You can view previous newsletters here.
Your Input as a Homeowner is Important to the HOA Board
Please contact any Board member with your courteous questions and suggestions. The Board always seeks input from the community. You can also use this website's Requests or Suggestions page.
Covenant, Conditions and Restriction (CCRs) Enforcement
Please report potential CCR non-compliance issues directly to Hawthorne Management: phone: 704-377-0114; email.
Be as specific as possible, including dates, times, and the details of the situation with photos if possible. Hawthorne staff will verify the applicable section of the CCRs and the Community-Wide Standards and then advise the homeowner of the condition. Actions may include involvement of your volunteer Board of Directors in accordance with State Law. See the link to Hawthorne Management.
If you receive a CCR violation letter, please note that it is not directed at a person but at a condition that needs attention. To learn what to do next, click here.
Exterior Modifications Process
All exterior modifications such as the construction of storage units, playhouses, play-sets, fences and all tree removals must be approved by the Modifications Committee prior to implementation.
To learn the details of what to do and how to apply, click here. This is a volunteer -- not automated -- procedure, so expect the process to take several days.
